Welcome
Learn to play the piano, bass guitar, drums, or even saxophone. Whatever instrument you want to learn to play, here's how! Choose to work with a teacher in a live lesson using Skype or Netmeeting (requires a web cam, microphone and the instrument of choice), unless you prefer a video lesson - in which case you can learn at your own pace (1st lesson is a free download!) or if you are a visual learner, purchase the print version.
We are just getting started, so be patient as we get these lessons up and running.
You can also order lead sheets from this web site, although for the time being we are ony able to offer those that are in the public domain due to licensing issues.
If you want to be able to sing along with the music you play, but the sheet music is not in your key, let us know and we'll try to get the music transposed into a key that suits your vocal range. This may take some time, as we have to get permission from the copyright owner, but we will certainly try to get your request filled as soon as possible.
Looking forward to working with you to become a star, or to just play for your own amusement and others' amazement.
Here is an example of what you can expect to receive in the print version of the lessons (which will automatically be sent to you when you sign up for live lessons or video lessons).
Learning to read music is simple. Learning to play an instrument is a bit more complicated and takes a lot
more time because you aren't training your brain, you
are training your muscles.
The musical alphabet is seven notes that
repeat and repeat...

Hint: It's all about patterns
